Daylen A. Lastre

Daylen Lastre is an Associate Attorney at Jonathan H. Green & Associates, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, and guardianship matters. She works closely with individuals, families, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries to navigate complex legal and financial issues with clarity and confidence.
Daylen earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she further developed her knowledge of estate and gift taxation, trust and estate taxation, corporate taxation, partnership taxation, and international taxation. She received her Juris Doctors from St. Thomas University College of Law, where she also earned a Certificate in Tax Law.
While in law school, Daylen served as Symposium Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review and held leadership positions in the Mark J. Wolff Tax Law Society and the Air & Space Law Society. She was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Professional Responsibility.
Admitted to practice law in Florida, Daylen brings a tax-informed perspective to estate planning and administration. She assists clients with the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives, as well as probate proceedings, trust administrations, and related fiduciary matters.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Daylen is committed to making complicated legal concepts understandable and ensuring that clients remain informed throughout the process.
