Jonathan H. Green

Jonathan H. Green is a highly respected attorney practicing in South Florida, recognized for his expertise in tax law, estate planning, and employee benefits. Rated “AV” by his peers in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory—the highest possible peer review rating—Mr. Green has earned a distinguished reputation over the course of his career.
Mr. Green was honored as one of the Top 100 Attorneys in the United States by Worth Magazine. He has been consistently recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and named one of Florida’s Top Lawyers by Florida Monthly. Additionally, Mr. Green was selected by his peers as one of Florida’s Legal Elite. His achievements were also highlighted in the inaugural edition of the South Florida Legal Guide, published by Miami Metro Magazine, where he was named among South Florida’s top lawyers.
Mr. Green has held leadership roles in several professional organizations, including serving as President of the South Florida Employee Benefits Council. He is also a past member of the Greater Miami Tax Institute and the Estate Planning Council of Miami.
Previously, Mr. Green served as General Counsel to Wolper Ross Ingham & Co., an employee benefits firm serving over 5,000 clients, and was associated with the prominent Florida law firm Fine Jacobson Schwartz Nash Block and England, P.A.
An experienced educator, Mr. Green was an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law, where he taught Taxation of Deferred Compensation in the LL.M. program in Taxation. He earned his own LL.M. in Taxation from the same institution.
Mr. Green is also a seasoned speaker and media contributor, having lectured widely and appeared on television discussing employee benefit plans, estate planning, and wealth protection strategies.
